Check the checksums if they are publicly available. If not check file sizes for incomplete downloads.

Thanks for the great site... Really nice. Next time if you want to do cash, then make a trusted site. i would love to get reaver , but after all i went trough here, i wont cast a penny after it...! Even if i would, i wouldn`t, beecause i wouldn`t be shure to get my walue for money. You can do better!
Hi there, noob here needing some help. Most of the posts read like Chinese to me, lol. Please bear with my ignorance, most posts here left me scratching my head. I have installed Ubuntu on my laptop for reaver, and also have the Rever Pro 1GB ISO. Right now I´m totally lost as to what to do next. So with a fully installed Ubuntu I don´t need to bother with VMware or anything, right? Can I install Reaver Pro directly in ubuntu from the ISO, and if so....HOW?? Or do I need backtrack, and how do I get that into Ubuntu? Again, sorry for the ignorance. I looked for straightforward install instructions and simply couldn´t find them anywhere.
I dont know how to install Reaver Pro in Ubuntu. But there is a way to install reaver in ubuntu. You just need to install aircrack-ng, reaver and the latest minidwep. Just search google how to install aircrack-ng / reaver in ubuntu XX.XX Then download minidwep.DEB from this forum download section
Thank you. but I figured that part out. The Reaver Pro IGB ISO already comes embedded in its own Linux. Actually a Ubuntu derivate, if I´m not mistaken. In Windows I created a bootable USB pen with "Universal-USB-Installer". Very easy. With that I can boot directly into the Reaver Pro Firefox GUI. Works like a charm....well...almost. I managed to put the internal wifi into monitor mode, but Reaver Pro doesn´t get any results. Blank search results. I also have an external Conceptronic 150N USB Mini wireless, but that one isn´t recognized by Linux at all. Shows up as lo in ifconfig and doesn´t get any signals in the connection bar. A bit disheartened the Conceptronic is not recognized as I think it to be capable of injection. Also didn´t find any Linux specific drivers for it. All card recommendations welcome. I´m getting way too many failed authentications and 60 second limits on most APs. Are Reaver & Co still effective against recent AP firmwares?
