SHUTTING DOWN PEOPLE COMPUTER OVER A NETWORK

    i watch youtube on how to shut down people computer over a network
    here the tutorial but i get 'access is denied.{5}' on CMD - I NEED HELP FROM AN EXPERT -

    1. type in ' net view '
    2. pick a user name that u want ..
    3. type in ' ping ( the user name )
    4. it will say ' pinging from ( user name ) [ The ADDRESS ] with ** bytes of data
    5. copy the address in the bracket
    6. and do type in ' shutdown -i ' on CMD
    7. a litte window will be pop out
    8. click add , paste down the ADDRESS
    9. and do what u want on the other information
    10. and CLICK OK
    11. if succesful , on CMD it will say NOTHING , if not a couple text will coming ..
    12. i need an expert help , like MR PENGUIN ...
    13. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :arghh:
