There are 2 download options dude, first link in Mega, second in Dropbox. Do you need another one? Update: Now there are 3 download options. (the first dl button is the best option)

Tested with mine, it finds network but sadly it doesn't associate. Reconfirmed this with my internal AR9285 on the same AP.
So it associated with AR9285 but not RT3070 or doesn't associate with both? I think this might be a compat-wireless issue. Perhaps rolling back to the original one.

My biggest worry these days is that I don't have anymore WIFIs left to be hacked...so sad, since joining Xiaopan I have already got about 20+ WIFIs I needed for daily use
Where do you got that link dude? that is not the link provided in MEGA also the zip file is a 68.2mb file and the iso is a 69mb file please try download it again, also the Password provided is the right one :yes Thanks rempit but it was not my invention
Seems like the zip file uploaded to that server was corrupted for some reason... please try with mega or dropbox links, i just checked and both are working fine
