Just a thought. Maybe a 180 degree one would suit a directional since some of the minor lobes leak out the back of the RF signal pattern. Maybe you could bounce some back or direct the pattern into the major lobe.

it picks up way more AP's with mod..AP's one has never seen. Not to exaggerate but it will pick up AP's 1/4 mile away (if outdoors). Without it works really good but a huge difference with mod..Specially if it's elevated at about 5-6 feet and still more like I mentioned before, if outdoors, WOW...Access Point heaven --- Double Post Merged, 23 Mar 2013 --- Im thinking something like C- rotating the directional antenna 90 degrees. Just a thought but maybe in the future you can give comparisons with antennas and the performance of your mods v standard antennae. Hell, you could even sell your plans and have them in a package Also you could put Xiaopan on USB stick and have RTL8187L devices and use that as part of the package.
