i have install xiaopan on my vmware, but it can't detect my wireless card. there is no wlan0 detected in FeddingBottle. see attachment image below:

if running minidwep-gtk, it can't running the software, "NO wireless card found!" error pop out.

i try disconnect the wlan under VM>Removeable Devices>Ralink 802.11 WLAN>Connect change to Disconnect

after changing the connection, FeddingBottle can detect my wireless card.

now the minidwep-gtk can running and scan wifi, as image below:

if my Ralink 802.11 n WLAN is connected, my xiaopan can't detect wireless card.
At the same time, my computer can detect at least 15 wifi, which my network adaptor is very strong to receive signal.

After i change Ralink 802.11 n WLAN to disconnected, it can detect wireless.
When i change this, my computer connection become detect 6 WIFI, look like my network adaptor not function. but i still can detect all wifi in MindWep. is that normal?

Yes you cannot have your WLAN connected to your VM and host machines at the same time
Yes, you need to disconnect from host to use your WLAN in any VM

Give it a chance to scan. Use this https://xiaopan.co/forums/threads/inssider.28/ Looks like you are using your internal card still in Windows which is much less powerful than your WLAN, hence you see less networks. But it is hard to tell as you have it blacked out the titles.

Marking this thread as solved and closing it.
