I followed all the installation..i am on virtual box using apple mac and awus036h ... I cant detect any network using minidwep & inflactor ... I think that there is something wrong in reaver...i tried to use linset ...i started an attack... After that Looks like that my r36 + 036nhr now can detect more less networks during the attack i saw that a lot of aps on the r36 scan pages showed under authentication & encription ( none & none, it were never happen ) ... Before using linset i had 20 ap ...now only 10
I'm trying to find the .ISO. All I have is a directory with the .pvm extension, some .HDD and HDS files, and a few smaller misc files. I'd like to run Xiaopan Pro under vmware workstation. Thanks!
I have installed Xiaopan Pro and all seems great .. but using Minidwep or inflator etc I get no WPS .. I am using a router that shows WPS , I see it with my other machines fine but cant with the Xiaopan Pro. I have used these cards fine with Minidwep in backtrack .. Reinstalled Mindwep to a older version .. Feeding bottle sees nothing as its looking for WPS .. I have used Xiaopan OS 4.7 and 5 with no issues but wanted to install this to my HD .. BTW great looking Linux I have done the update/upgrade made no difference .. there wasnt any dist upgrade.. Also re the additional packages how do I get those ? Cheers
Got it to work with USB ? what is the user name ? Know rocksolid is password. Tried and did not work? Ctrl+Alt+F1 enter sudo su enter rocksolid enter startx
I think it has something to do with the latest compat drivers. I have tried 4 of the latest versions and the issue still remains.
Thanks for that Let me know if you get it going and how you did it I remember I had the same issue with a version of the Xiaopan and I am sure it was fixed in 4.7 ? but I may be wrong .. Also how do I add those additional packages ? Thanks heaps Kev
Hi Mr Penguin .. Xiaopan .0.4.7.2 its WPS works fine .. I think its ver 3.2.5.1 but would be better to check .. In regards to additional packages Any Chance of getting the additional packages in all list on the first page of this forum .. I used .0.5.b.2 and they use ver 3.2.5-1 ( (I think thats the same) and it doesnt work so looks like something between 0.4.7 and 0.5.b.2 hope it helps Cheers Kev
Not sure about xiaopan pro but with xiaopan 5.2, if you scan with minidwep it scans with --ignore-negative-one but still finds no wps networks "still has the -1 issue, so won't find any wps networks". The only way i've found to solve it is run airodump-ng wlan0 first "i think this force's airodump to use libnl rather than libssl ??". Also make sure aircrack has been built with the libnl flags.
Just run it for a couple of second's before running minidwep. Not sure why but it seems to work for me.

Make sure RFMON is enabled: run 'airmon-ng start wlan1 <#>' Sysfs injection support was not found either. Then tried enabling it via aimon-ng wlan1 then rerun airodump-ng wlan1 same as above Anyway thanks for your help I am glad it works for you Cheers
