Alright so programs like reaver etc haven't been working out so well for me. I used reaver 1.4 and it spit out the pin but no pass or even the ssid. i tried reaver 1.3 because I read that it doesnt have that problem and got all these timeouts and out of order packet errors. Did the research and concluded that it wasdue to a bad connection or interference (60-70dbm). I don't know how reaver 1.4 didn't have the same issue though. Anyway, it's too expensive to buy an Alfa here. I have an internal wifi card ( atheros 9002wb) and it doesn't cut it. So my question is can I use a wireless router and configure it as a network adapter (like an alfa awus036XX)? It's a netgear wndr3300 . I assume that if i can it would receive a very strong signal.
    Thank you

Okay, i know how to bridge the AP's but i think im looking for a way to get linux to recognize my router as a wireless interface so i can use it a WiFi card instead of a router. Is it possible to configure a router this way?
