This is the antenna I am using, very strong at signal receiving, driver is RT3070usb & RT2800usb

You need also to buy the usb-hub that comes with a power supply because the SK-9TG requires extra DC to function perfecctly....

This is the type of usb-hub that comes with power supply:

I also use the Yagi Antenna but this product is not as good as the SignalKing SK-9TG (but maybe it depends on locations that you installed at):

Looks like the Diamond RT3070. Says it was rated at 58dbi. Ha! It arrived broken from eBay but worked very well. Made from shitty plastic. The plastic swivel mount is a good concept though. Inside lets just say they were rough. Tin type antenna made from poor quality steal and dodgy wiring. Although mine came from China, buyers should exercise caution.

Also the picture says it is an RTL8187L and not an RT3070 o_O

Naa... I don't think it can shoot up to 58dbi, 20dbi is reasonable. The picture is a mistake or maybe it has 2 versions.

I like the look of ZorroTheHacker's setup. I never realised you could just position the antenna into a dish like that. I use a Panel antenna, 7dB and i get decent signals from it but i was thinking of something more powerful. I have a wifisky adaptor with 5mw output but am waiting for another panel antenna to arrive. I think i will try it with a setup like the one ZorroTheHacker has and see what happens.

Wow thank you so much Harbottle !

It looks good, I hope the DIY-Dish (food cover?) increases the signal receiving strength.

You are welcome rempit. I am also going to try it out. I have a reasonably good signal from my 7db panel antenna but i want as much power as i can get. ;)
