    So Gangnam Style by PSY has been viewed over 1 billion times and is the biggest youtube video of all time. To celebrate this occasion and at the request of hazz death it has been made available on the forums and for others to download.

    Import it into Adium, Thrillian, Messenger or embed it on your website, forum, t-shirt!

    Call it what you will... a smiley, animated gif, icon, animation or whatever.

    If you noticed on the official PSY video there is a little dancing guy near the view counter. :psy
