I would recommend using the Wireless configuration tool, to connect to a WiFi Access Point. You can access the tool at Application>System Tools>Wifi configuration. If however, you are incapable of connecting to an AP via that method you can use "wpa_supplicant". ~Aby$m
wpa_supplicant is a Terminal program. wpa_supplicant usage: Step 1:Use "wpa_passphrase" to create a wireless configuration file Step 1a:Enter this command into the Terminal: wpa_passphrase [SSID] [WPA-PSK] > /root/wpa.conf Where [SSID] is, type the name of the Access Point you wish to join. Where [WPA-PSK] is, enter the Access Point password. Step 2: Use this command "wpa_supplicant -Dwext -iwlan0 -c /root/wpa.conf" to begin associating with the AP specified in "Step 1a:" Step 3: Request an IP Address from DHCP server. Step 3a: Open a new Terminal window: Enter this command into the Terminal "udhcpc -b wlan0" ~Aby$m.

Aby$m i'm sorry for intrude in your thread, but dude, this is becoming a mess, since this is not a support thread and this guy want spoon feed, although he has stated being a "Networking Expert" Xiaopan OS 0.4.6 | What to do now? also G o o g l e can help to answer some questions from time to time. don't you think so? If you want, i can open an exclusive Xiaopan SliTaz version support thread for you.
No need, to apologize That, has become painfully obvious. He stated: It appears he has not, kept his promise. Any further question by x_mony on this thread, will go unanswered by Me. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ That may be for the best in the long run. ~Aby$m.
Could you make a slitaz version for the raspberri pi arm based units using the following info http://forum.slitaz.org/topic/slitaz-arm/page/2
I could possibly however, it would take me some time to produce, and at this moment I am working on another project, that is consuming a-lot of my time. Also at this time I do not own a Raspberry Pi, I just haven't been bothered to buy one yet. ~Aby$m.
OK that's cool i wish i was a little more knowledgeable and i would do it myself; also i don't have one currently but am getting one in a few days and wanted to make a portable pen tester instead of using my laptop and i do know that there is PwnPi v3.0 Final for the pi i just like slitaz
