Is 36H still considered the best?

For testing within linux on g/b? I hear the NHA is the most stable, fastest connection of Alfa's, but it's limited to 20dBm by default. If unlocked to 30dBm (within allowed country) seems it could be the ultimate adapter.

    Does the NHR compete?

    What are your results/experiences?

I'm interested in nha too,but i read that the country code is hardcoded and you can't change it.So it means we will stuck at 20dBm(=100 mW)??Any help for XZi and me?

XZi boissei There are plenty of info regards to these cards. Try using the search function. As for my own usage, Alfa AWUS036H with RTL8187L chipset has never let me down so far and it's txpower can be amended to 30dbm;)

^I agree with you about the RTL8187L. My NHA was super weak even with a 14dbi panel so I sold it. My short lived NHR was stronger but I still prefer the 8187L.
