Is it possible to hack someones facebook? sure it can be done through

    • Email phishing
    • Social engineering
    • Reuse the same credentials like an Adobe account that was hacked recently
    • Connecting to an unprotected wifi network and they sniffed your password / username
Who is this person? did they take the screenshot? are they trying to extort from you? It would be fairly easy to photoshop, change html the screenshot you have there.

If they manage to login they will get a road block. They will most likely have to verify they are who they say they are because of the IP address would be so remote. Then they would have to guess your friends to gain access.

Change your passwords immediately and implement two factor authentication Introducing Login Approvals

Can't really see what your problem is here just looks normal here, expect for the clueless pasting into the shell.
Your login is encrypted via ssl so is safe as you can be, use lan if possible, safest, but session hijacks don't work if you use https.
