    Hi..

i have using Reaver that inside xiaopan latest version to test hack into my friend wifi router but fail.
when i scan it shown my friend SSID with WPS is enable but when i try to hack it, its fail.

My friend using D-link 615 with firmware v7.14.

Reaver can't support/hacking on this router firmware??

Can you give a bit more details...when you say "it fails" do you mean Reaver will not find the PIN? Reaver will not try any PINs? What Wireless adapter are you using? Signal strength?

Let me see if I understood what you are saying and what the description on the Advanced Settings from the image you provided. Isn't Reaver designed to retrieve/recover the WPA/WPA2 passphrase from a WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) Enabled?

But, please, do correct me if I'm wrong. In another thread I suggested to those having an issue with a WPS Enabled AP to try mdk3 to reset the AP...works really good!
Note: The use I mentioned is in case the WPS Enabled AP locks...IT WILL unlock it, reset it.

I've seen a few dlink/ virgin media router's with this in my experience mdk3 is no use, Lock wireless settings stays enabled on reboot/reset so you can try a pin every 5min or every reboot, unless you uncheck Lock wireless settings reaver is pointless or would take to long.
