If you are going to use a Wireless Hacking distribution, I would recommend you use a wireless USB adapter which has been proven to work well for Hacking, such as the Alfa "AWUS036H".

Alfa AWUS036H is the preferred choice of most out there but, if you don't want to spend too much I would recommend Kasens..also a wireless USB adapter..As long as it has the RTL8187L chipset in it is perfect and half the price..I do NOT recommend the Ralink 3070 chipset, you will have a hard time getting the task done with it. From my personal experience I say this..But its your choice..;)

How did you place the distribution onto your USB drive?

Which program did you use or method?

Try using the Distro inside a Virtual Machine and then attach the USB drive to the VM and use the in-built SliTaz USB installer from within the VM.

I can give more guidance if needed.

Hi, Aby$m. I don't have any external network card now. When I use VM, it cannot detect my wireless network card (wlan0) only eth0 can be detected. Therefore, booting up with an USB can helps to detect my wlan0. Please advice.

    Thanks!

To use the in-built SliTaz USB installer within a VM you will not need a Network connection, all you you need is the USB drive you wish to install the Distro onto.

Simply attach the USB drive to the VM while the Distro is loaded within the VM and use the SliTaz USB installer.

Hi Aby$m, Sorry to trouble you, I don't understand "attach the USB drive to the VM while the Distro is loaded within the VM and use the SliTaz USB installer."
Is it the same as using rufus to install SliTaz xiaopan into it? Please guide me more.

    Thanks!

No need to apologize, I'm here to help.

First, tell me which Virtual Machine program are you using VirtualBox or VMware?
