    Hi,
I got the password, but every time is different.

After entering it, I get this message:
"The network passsword needs to be 40bits or 104bits depending on your network configuration.
This can be entered as 5 or 13 ascii characters or 10 or 26 hexadecimal characters"

    where is the problem? :idea

What the hell does this have to do with Xiaopan? anyway.... Password is 65 characters long and appears to be in Hex format. Same issue seems to be here: http://code.google.com/p/reaver-wps/issues/detail?id=287

In the wpa_supplication source code it states that:
This is what you should read: http://code.google.com/p/reaver-wps/issues/detail?id=25

Chav502 yes the Parallels image (.pvm) will work in Windows with all of the virtualisation software. It can be converted to be used in VMware (.vmx) or Virtualbox (.vdk) in Windows, Linux or Mac. In Windows it is suggested you use VMware or Parallels Workstation.

Would like to run reaver with OS that supports Realtek chipset 8192su, the latest Xiaopan OS does not work with this chipset. Anyone know what OS that can use Reaver with the Realtek chipset 8192su?

Hi all, I'm having the same problem with the beep sound and the overheating when I boot from a burned dvd. To fix that I have to delete from onboot.lst the line of code that says ossxmixer or is it another one? just deleting that one is enough?

    Here are my specs:

    Intel Core i7 2760qm
    Realtek High Definition Audio
    Atheros ar9002wb

Thanks in advance and I hope this helps to identify the issue.

well in linux the app is all about dependencies, so if you want to be sure, try to delete

    oss
    ossmixer
    oss module

i didnt remember the name of file, but you may find the corresponding tcz file in the cde/optional folder or tce/optional folder..
then you can delete it in onboot list..

you may try alsa, it also the one that provide sound system in tiny core linux..

let's make xiaopan os more better shall we?
