Giving up on successfully obtaining that key, but bright side is I've got new lists I can clean and merge; hopefully providing better outcomes on future endeavors.

I'm so sorry it turned out this way sonic4, please forgive my rudeness too, i am no saint either so wonderwoman will try and calm the storm. I have tried all of your caps, they are just hard ones to be honest. I don't usually spend more than 1.5 hrs on a cap. the key is to find out which type of modem it comes from, then find out what the default keyspace is. some people do change their passwords. What they do not realise is that some times the default password is more secure than what they change it to. so i usually run about 11 password lists at it first, some times more, then i go to the default keyspace if its a hard one. you can find some default keyspaces here: https://forum.hashkiller.co.uk/topic-view.aspx?t=2715&p=0 It does take years to master just even the basics sometimes, trial and error is how you learn, research,research,research is the golden rule. There is alot of knowledge in these threads.spend time reading. we drop morsels along the path for the diligent and hungry.
