AWUS036NH driver/utility <=3.2.11.0 with option to change wireless mode

Hello everyone! Recently I acquired an AWUS036NH adapter and have been having issues with its connectivity using the latest drivers from mediatek. I've been perusing this forum and others looking for a way to help it perform better. Other threads on this forum indicate that using older driver/utility packages would be a way to improve its performance. I've been googling and searching this forum for days and have seen posts that recommend using Ralink rt3070 installer package versions 3.2.11.0 and older. I did manage to find a driver/utility installer specific to AWUS036NH that has a driver version 3.0.9.0. I installed it and the performance of the adapter has greatly improved. However the options for adjusting its settings are very limited. Specifically I'd like to be able to change its wireless mode and experiment with wireless b and g. I've been looking for Ralink RT3070 installer/utility versions 3.2.11.0/3.2.9.0/etc and have found that all of the download links have expired. Does anyone have or know where to find them and does anyone have a compatible modded or original driver that would allow for changing wireless mode? I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. Thank you : - )

I found an installer for AWUS036NH (version 3.2.11.0) listed on alfa's site and downloaded it via this link- http://jaist.dl.sourceforge.net/project/alfanetwork/Driver/RT3070_WIN.exe

However the driver included has no option for setting the wireless mode. Does anyone know of a modded driver that would allow for the wireless mode to be changed?
