Please can someone help! I trolled through forums and youtube comments but I've failed! I followed the youtube video on how to install backtrack onto Parallels using a mac and I installed Parallels tool and some sort of synopsis stuff! I started to get excited at the point where you are instructed to open a terminal and type airmon-ng. It does not return any information... I can only assume my wifi card is not compatible! But I am a noob so I've got to ask in case there's something I'm missing! My Macbook pro is brand new.. please help! Can I purchase a external usb wifi card to get around this? Not in the wrong place but a more descriptive title next time Remember that internal cards do not work with virtualisation. You need a compatible USB WLAN that supports injection and monitor mode.With PCs and laptops you can run it live using unetbootin. Ive bought an Alfa 036H and I have a Mac Version 10.8.2 I thought this would work. Now Im reading in some forums this works on all versions but 10.8.2! Please please help! Would it be easier to borrow a mates PC? I've literally spent days trying to do this and I dont seem to be any closer and £30 lighter! Ant
