Issue Broadcom Wireless Error

    What is the Issue?:
    I had an error when I am trying to start airmon-ng stating that "b43 - [phy0]ifconfig: SIOCSIFFLAGS: No such file or directory" but when I check the iwconfig the mon0 is showing there with Tx-Power=0dbm
    Ultimately, What are you trying to achieve?:
    Use my adapter in feedingbottle, minidwep, and reaver
    What is your wireless device model?:
    Broadcom 802.11n
    USB or Internal Device?:
    Internal
    How are you using it?:
    I am using Xiaopan as a LiveUSB
    Operating System:
    Windows
    If you used a Live CD or USB How did you create it?:
    Unetbootin
    What version:
    Xiaopan 0.4.3b

    It internal right? as my laptop also has b43 card, for me it doesnt work in xiaopan 0.4.1/.2/.2.2 ........i use it with ubuntu and install compat wireless, aircrack and reaver..work well:)

    same as mine I am currently using BT5 r3 and my b43 works like a charm on it I just want it to work on xiaopan simply because it already has a pre installed reaver, minidwep, and feedingbottle on it which BT does not have.. i am just an amateur linux user and my knowledge in regards to troubleshooting it is not that quite broad. someone please help me with my problem.:(

    i will do my best to help you....i want to try make ubuntu based under 200mb...pray for me

    My computer is not that powerful to run a virtual program which the dishingtech edition is formatted to.. Where can I download one which can be use as a Live USB?..

    In regards to:
    Indeed there is a minimal Ubuntu distribution available, however it has been striped of all but the basic command-line functionality.

    Research Blacklist or better yet, delete conflicting drivers using UltraISO.

    Same here, planning to buy external usb wireless coz the price are cheaper than time i'm going to spend to enabling my broadcomm.. What type of working usb wireless that work like charm on xiaopan. Any suggestion?
