ettercap 0.8.2 build as well as needed dependencies for TinyPaw

    "
Ettercap is a comprehensive suite for man in the middle attacks. It features sniffing of live connections, content filtering on the fly and many other interesting tricks. It supports active and passive dissection of many protocols and includes many features for network and host analysis.

*All listed files are required - adwaita-icon-theme is recommended but not required*

    BitBucket:
    ettercap-0.8.2.tcz
    geoip-api-c.tcz
    libnet-1.2-rc3.tcz
    xtables-addons-4.14.10-tinycore.tcz
    xt_geoip_LE_IPv4.tcz
    rtmpdump-dev.tcz
    curl-dev.tcz
    adwaita-icon-theme.tcz

    Installation:

1.) Download the ettercap package and all dependencies from one of the above repositories.

2.) Copy all downloaded files to your (*/tce/optional/) directory.

3.) Find and open your "onboot.lst" file located in your (*/tce/) directory and make the following changes:

    -add line item: ettercap-0.8.2.tcz
    -add line item: geoip-api-c.tcz
    -add line item: libnet-1.2-rc3.tcz
    -add line item: xtables-addons-4.14.10-tinycore.tcz
    -add line item: xt_geoip_LE_IPv4.tcz
    -add line item: rtmpdump-dev.tcz
    -add line item: curl-dev.tcz
-add line item: adwaita-icon-theme.tcz - *optional*

4.) Save the changes you've made by either "File & Save" or "Cntl+S" and close out of your onboot.lst

5.) Reboot your system and upon boot all necessary dependencies as well as ettercap will be functional. Enjoy

    Usage:

Until the next TinyPaw release there will be no wbar launcher included in this extension as well as there are multiple interface options to choose before startup.

After the ettercap package and all dependencies have been installed and you've rebooted, open your terminal and enter the following string(s):

-sudo ettercap -h *for detailed help list*

    Otherwise

-sudo ettercap -G *for gtk interface*

-sudo ettercap -C *for curses/terminal interface*
