what you did wrong (i suppose) that on the last step you agreed all there are 2 options to agree for first one is the boosting option (optional) and it costs $10.00 and that's why the total requested money is ($0.00 + $10.00) = $10.00 and since you don't have that balance you are getting that error message and the second option is to agree with our tos which is a must to use our services so try again and on the last step agree only on the second option (tos)
