It should be able to handle 3 laptops, if it is a recent 802.11N device it should be able to handle it fine. If you have your Access Point (AP) stored in an open central location, such as in the center of your home you would most likely get better reception. Keep in mind that if you have a Wireless telephone or microwave oven or a metal cabinet near the AP you may experience reception issues. ~Aby$m.
