I have heard Veetle is good (not sure if they have LIVE football, but they had Magic Mike ) , you should also check out the addon offerings in XMBC.
It stands for X Box Media Centre See here: http://xbmc.org/ There is a bunch of addons you can install that are good for live streams. You can install Veetle addon through XMBC but it is a bit of a pain.
