There is no compat-wireless package for TCL or Xiaopan that is the latest meknb. As far as your card not being detected, 0.4.3 was reported to work with your card: https://xiaopan.co/forums/threads/detected-ap-limiting-rate-with-inflator.974/ Also, try the latest Xiaopan 0.4.5.2.1 We also encourage live USBs to created by Fantasma 's method with LiLi USB Creator.
