Pretty straight forward - new iptables v1.8.3 compiled in TinyPaw and for TinyPaw - came about mostly for certain tools and scripts that were making calls for the "-w" argument that was not available in the iptables version offered by the Tiny Core Linux releases / repos. IPtables is: " iptables is the userspace command line program used to configure the Linux 2.4.x and later packet filtering ruleset. It is targeted towards system administrators. Since Network Address Translation is also configured from the packet filter ruleset, iptables is used for this, too. The iptables package also includes ip6tables. ip6tables is used for configuring the IPv6 packet filter. " Quoted from the project main page: https://www.netfilter.org/projects/iptables/index.html Available at: @sourceforge: iptables.tcz @bitbucket: iptables.tcz Installation: 1.) Download package from either above repository. 2.) Copy downloaded file to your (*/tce/optional/) directory. *choose to overwrite existing "iptables.tcz"* 3.) Close any open windows and reboot system. 4.) Upon reboot your iptables version will be updated to 1.8.3
