I found this on a computer, when it is running it pegs the CPU pretty hard so I'm looking for some collaboration on figuring out how and why this "Hale" software does this. I looked through the cmd files. pegging the CPU to high use was bad programming and careless nested loops
Probably best to open it with ida pro https://www.hex-rays.com/index.shtml to see what it does, also check router logs to see where it's origin "see where it's sending data" You can also try http://www.cert.at/downloads/software/procdot_en.html to analyse files
