Hello Again Everybody, Coming from a long way,...3 weeks ago I didn't knew the existing of Xiaopan, linux, alfa,.... Now thanks to this wonderful forum, and great program I know a LITTLE I'm on a Macbook Pro, and successfully hacked my own network. Now I want to increase the TX power of my Alfa AWUS036H, but I'm completely lost. The more I Google, watch YouTube movies the more confused I get. It seems to me that my card is wlan0, how can this be, I was thinking that this was the internal card of my macbook? Please somebody help me because I'm completely lost! MANY THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP
Thanks for the quick reply Mr. Penguin. Can I do this then outside Xiaopan, on a Macbook Pro? Or, I still have an old WindowsXp machine, can I do this here, and how. What possibilities I have, and when powering off the AWUS036H will it remember or is the information lost then? MANY THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. Regards, Marc.
I made a script and it works. Can only be done in Linux. This guide may help. Ensure you have the latest compat drivers first https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/backports/stable/ Should work in Kali https://forums.kali.org/showthread.php?4129-Increase-Wi-Fi-TX-Power-Signal-Strength
