Making a testflight with my new laptop windows 7. Tried to put xiaopan on USBstick and run it on startup. Encountered following problems.

Mounting iso file; file came out same as went in.
    (3. Create a new folder on your desktop
    4. Download UltraISO or any other ISO program where you can extract the files
    5. Mount your ISO into UltraISO or other
    6. Extract the files into your new folder that you created on your desktop)
Doing something wrong. Is there a site or page that explains this in more detail?

Usb port is not an option in boot. I go to F12 and open list of order of start-up. It only has choice of harddrive, cd-rom but not usb port. I can not put usb on top of priority for reading at start-up.
Is there any other way or option?
