Who can help me ? Step by step if you don't mind because I'm a beginner iMac user. I need someone to help me setup the ETHERNET in NETWORK. Right now the situation is I have 10+ PCs in the office all working perfectly connecting to the ethernet cable directly, except the iMac no matter how I connect the ethernet cable (unplug / plugin ) it still not working.
Check the network settings of other computers on the network. You might have to enter the details manually. Click on the ethernet. You are displaying the USB wireless lol A red jewel indicates it isn't even plugged in
Same again, I just spent about 30mins of unplug/plugin ethernet cable, I plugin the same exact ethernet cable that I plugin to my PC, the same exact cable just won't work on the iMAC, nothing pops-up on my screen...
