Depends. If it is the V2 then it should work, since it uses compat-wireless and the carl9170 driver. But if it is the Marvell no it will not http://www.wikidevi.com/wiki/Netgear_WN111v2 since there is no Linux driver. Which means you are going to have a real bad time. I do not recommend using one of these for WiFi hacking or using with Xiaopan.
