That's definitely a fake. Alfa's MAC addresses start with 00:C0:CA Their serial numbers start with 2 digits representing the year e.g 12,13,14,15,16 etc - we aren't up to 2018 yet! There should be two barcodes on the stick-on label - one above the serial number and one above the MAC address. The feet are the wrong shape...
