OpenSSL is a toolkit that implements the Secure Sockets Layer and Transport Layer Security protocols, as well as a full-strength general-purpose cryptography library. Apache Tomcat is a servlet container for the Java Servlet and JavaServer Pages technologies. This release provides an update to httpd, OpenSSL and Tomcat 6/7 for Red Hat JBoss Web Server 2.
