Question RTL8187 Driver Issues

    I just got alpha antenna awus036h, cant install driver from CD, don't know why. So i went to vmware and installed xiaopan os. I connected antenna on laptop and i clicked in vmware usb-> rtl something, that's this antenna but something is wrong. What i need to do? Is there step by step tutorial?
