Someone know if this really works?

    Hi im new in this and recently i have been using xiaopan but my wireless laptop card it doesnt have power so i want to buy a new card:


    will these one work for me: http://www.tp-link.com/ar/products/details/?model=TL-WDN3200#spec ?
    My card is a ATHEROS AR5B125 and wont show me the network that i want ( i think 92Dbi???)
    will this let me connect to the network???

    im really noob so im really sorry if this is the incorrect section
