In Xiaopan OS minidwep-gtk there is a sort pincodes option. Not quite sure how exactly to use this. It reads Sort pincodes in sequence u like, only 10 digit numbers accepted. 0 means 0000-0999, 1 means 1000-1999 type figures here: 8765432109 ...this is the default entry What I like to know is how does this affect the running of Reaver in minidwep-gtk?
Simply add the numbers which pins you want first. For instance, you have: 8765432109 It does these pins first 8 = 8000 -8999 7 = 7000 -7999 6 = 6000 -6999 5 = 5000 -5999 4 = 4000 -4999 3 = 3000 -3999 2 = 2000 -2999 1 = 1000 -1999 0 = 0000 -0999 9 = 9000 -9999 I would research the mac address of the AP you want to attack through WPSCrackGUI or the WPS Pin DB and see what first four pins are common. Remember, Reaver will find the first 4 pins... that is why it jumps to 90.9% then it will try to find the last 4. Performance wise it shouldn't effect it. If it did, it would be marginal. Hope it helps
Thanks Mr. Penguin. I take it that these are the first 4 pins we refer to in Sort pin codes in sequence.
