Well documented issue here: http://code.google.com/p/reaver-wps/issues/detail?id=25 I think the AP switched from AES to TKIP or the other way around perhaps. It was mentioned on this page that: So you might have to manually setup the network in Win 7. After that set your browser to 192.168.1.1 and you should be able to see the ASCII password. Setting this as fixed until further notice.
I had the same issue and found a way to bypass using this method I found: Sweex Router Bypass Pin Hack
