Mate, Been reported by actual users using this cracked apk, seems that its compatible with Sony Xperia Mini, Galaxy S Advance, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3, HTC Desire, HTC One X and HTC Sensation. Anyway, this is only some review I read from a forum so I can't personally confirm its compatible with the mentioned lists. Run it and give some feedback.
My girlfriend has a Galaxy Note (will test in a few days) and I will be getting an SIII. I think that it would work but the graphics would not be optimised. Because there are certain screen resolutions you can't officially download it from google play. Tom Tom released this too early, they should have had all devices, particularly high end ones compatible. Forcing people to go down the warez / cracked route.
I've just tested on my Galaxy Ace Plus which has a resolution of 320x480, running smooth but due to resolution compatibility some fonts are not in full but manageable. Haven't test it on the road though but I'm happy to add another navigator to my collection.
