when i need a acces point for my android apps i simply create 1 in the commander prompt with the command : netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=Cool key=CoolBox and enter. netsh wlan start hostednetwork enter Now you just made a Virtual Access Point with the networkname: Cool and networkkey: CoolBox Don't forget to share your internet connecty in the: network centrum. I know it works for me on windows 7 ultimate x32, x64
