To create a virtual box image with persistence.Now all your home folder will be backed up and apps installed will be there on every boot. Start virtual box click on new name your new vm image Xiaopan, set it to linux ,version i set it to debian 32bit. Press continue Set your memory size Press continue Create a virtual hard drive Press create Select VDI Press continue Dynamically allocated Press Continue File location and size "set it to whatever you want" Press Create Click on the Settings,Then click on storage Under the controller ide click the empty disk image,To the right of this under Attributes click on the image of a disk.This will bring up a menu to select the .iso point it to your xiaopan iso.Click ok Click start to boot into xiaopan In xiaopan Start the terminal "not Root" and type appbrowser. In the search box in appbrowser type tc-install select it and press go,it should install tc-install and the icon should be on the wbar,click it. In Tc-install Don't change the path to the core, click usb-hdd and select sda, install boot loader checked,click next. Formatting to whatever you want click next Don't change the install extensions path click next Boot options don't worry about them Click next Then proceed Let it do it's thing then shut down. In virtual box go back to settings > storage and remove the xiaopan iso. Then click start and now your home folder will be backed up now on shutdown and any apps added will be on there every boot.
