Ok, there is not such a source code of Xiaopan since it is a OS (TinyCore based iso) not a program If you want to know more about TinyCore Linux here is their home page: http://tinycorelinux.net/

No philz, you are allowed to distribute and modify Xiaopan OS as much as you like as long as you indicate that it is based on tiny core linux which is based on GNU GPL v2 License http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html It is free and there is no licence required.
