Checked, but no luck. Used Crackstation(15.7 gb) and Top 2 billion(21.7 gb) and anti public(1.9 gb) wordlists. Just general wordlists, probably have some overlap that wastes time. If anyone else here has a good effective wordlist, that does not mind mentioning them, post a link. Sorry no joy on this one...cheers carnivore1

Those TP-Link caps
default either 8 digits or A-F 8 characters.
i spent about 2.5 hors running one of them. but gave up, my rig will take 6-7 hrs to run it.

Gave it a go on that TP-LINK_C6 file using ?H?H?H?H?H?H?H?H, Did not find a passphrase though...Worth a try though....cheers carnivore1

Well done, what gpu are you running? my Gtx 1060 6gb takes 6-7 hours to run that attack.
that means its not a default password then. great effort mate

Hey, I am still running that broken Msi gtx 1070 8gb SC that was given to me, after I repaired it and dealt with heat issues with it, it ran perfect, since then have overclocked it further using Msi afterburner, 10% further than factory super-clocking and still totally stable.. Starting bench mark in Hashcat 5.0 in Kali is almost 400 KH/S...My financial company that I work for ( that these leftover GPUs come from) will be upgrading soon to rtx 2000 series to provide work power to company analysts and quants (quanitative analysis nerds)...I have my eyes open to upgrade with one of their old reject gtx 1080ti models.......cheers carnivore1

Great! I would prefer to see PMKID hashes being posted, they are nice and clean, no need to convert them too

 

I agree about using the PMKID format, after installing hcxtools, each time I try to get PMKID file, using commands or wifite, I am unable to..I am always slow to learn new methods..hopefully soon, will figure out what I am doing wrong....carnivore1

for hcxtools - apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev libssl-dev zlib1g-dev libpcap-dev
and apt install hcxdumptool

 

Know we mentioned these kind of routers in my area, did you figure out they were? or did we agree they were 10 digits or are we still guessing...cause a 10 ?H attack would probably be like 30 days or something crazy... cheers carnivore1
