The WPSCrackGUI package has a nifty feature that allows you to narrow down the likely pins through users who reported cracking the correct WPS pin of a particular router model through its MAC address. This can enable the user to save time through being strategic about which pins to try first. Remember, Reaver will find the first 4 pins of the 8 pins first, which should result to a jump from a few % to over 90%. With image 2, my router is a Netgear A0:21:B7:XX:XX:XX device. I should start with 6XXX then 0XXX as an educated guess. Also note that with the new Minidwep, you can sort the pin codes to the ones you want to try first. E.g: 542 will result in 5XXX being tried first, then 4XXX pins tried second, 2XXX tried third. Even if you do not use WPSCrackGUI for cracking, you still should use it for reporting and finding the likely pins before you endeavour on a possible 8hr attack.
