A selection of compiled dictionaries, password and wordlists in various languages can be found and shared here. Remember it is better to create your own dictionary rather than use one already made if you are going to attempt a WPA / WPA2 dictionary attack. There are various tools that can do this including John the Ripper and Crunch.
