Thanks again.. so uppercase first letter doesn't matter on MySpectrum.. that's good to know --- Double Post Merged, 7 Aug 2016, Original Post Date: 5 Aug 2016 --- How does it work so fast for you? I have been running another cap and it's only on boat after an hour and a half
Its another new animal noun! MySpectrumWiFi74-2G:4883c7db477a:f4b7e2c82a21:quickturkey037 @alltsbb This is also a Sagemcom.
Good find! I wonder if Charter has their modified firmwares anywhere for download... I'd love to check them out. --- Double Post Merged, 11 Aug 2016, Original Post Date: 11 Aug 2016 --- Here's another one I found in the Sagemcom F@st 5260 manual: happybird369 And another: funnycanoe231
I haven't been able to crack this one. Maybe someone else will have the right wordlist. --- Double Post Merged, 16 Aug 2016, Original Post Date: 16 Aug 2016 --- I've got an old dual core box that's been trying to crack that cap for 2 weeks, :-(
I did not find it in my extended adjective-noun word list so its most likely the password has been changed from the default.
I still have two shakes uncracked. I'll attach. and... THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT WORDLIST, it's been amazing! lol
I decided to upload both of these caps to gpuhash, the password was not found for either of them. :-(
gpuhash with Common list found the password for this cap. I ran the v1.06 wordlist on it & did not find password. :-( --- Double Post Merged, 1 Sep 2016, Original Post Date: 31 Aug 2016 --- @gearjunkie i have noticed some netgear routers use 4 digits. Have you came across any with 4 in your travels? --- Double Post Merged, 1 Sep 2016 --- NETGEAR60: tinyiris533
Nothing when I tried it on my extended adjective-noun list either. Likely the password has been changed from the default. --- Double Post Merged, 1 Sep 2016, Original Post Date: 1 Sep 2016 --- I have not come across them before. Do you have screenshots?
i found this image during my google travels, which lead me to ask if you experienced 4 digits. The 4 digits are obviously used in the SSID ,however, both adj & noun are both in the v1.06 list. I personally have not experienced 4 digits either but after seeing this i thought it was an interesting find and could help the cause. --- Double Post Merged, 4 Sep 2016 --- Another interesting find. Only 1 digit used in the password!!
In the first image, BigPondXXXX is the SSID. The key is the 10 digit below it. It not as common but I have encountered the single digit after the adjective-noun. That is the reason the netgear_adjective_noun_1d.txt list is included in the download.
guys just wondering how i can mount my hard driver or transfer the pasword list file to xiao pan virtural machine im using wmware. --- Double Post Merged, 13 Sep 2016, Original Post Date: 13 Sep 2016 --- Anyone? Who can Help me with this? I'm this probably come with australia telstra router. 1st getting into this , seeking for help Thanks With the Community
The BigPond router, although it is Netgear, does not appear use this list at all. I think Telstra has specified that it wants extra security from Netgear. BigPond typically uses as standard an 8 digit space configuration, using hex numbers. The Netgear list adjective_noun_digit/s brilliant V1.06 format appears to be for wireless routers from other different ip providers. Also more importantly, it is used heavily for retail Netgear products. Thankyou for the two photos, very interesting. A great piece of work showing us the single digit in the 2nd photo. A great tip for us all! Garry.
