btl2..taun lps pernah attack unifi guna dictionary (wordlist 00000000-99999999) 2-3 gak yg dpt..haha..the key is handshake/patience..kdg2 klo dpt handshake tu ade yg xleh crack..nk pancing handshake ni kene tau rutin jiran anda..biasenya kat malaysia ni hari sabtu ahad pukol 8-10 pagi mang cun nk pancing handshake sbb owner wifi ade kat umah..hari biase org keje..xde sape nk reconnect bile da DC..bile dia auth dpt real handshake crack ngn wordlist.. (sorry for malay..but im 100% sure u guys can talk/read melayu..hahaah) #not a toilet bowl user and im proud to be malaysian
My current assumptions on UniFi setups are: 1. When UniFi was first offered, the default WPA key was just 8 digits 2. Around 3 to 4 years ago, the default was changed to (i) three lower letters + 8 digits or (ii) 8 digits + 3 lowercase letters 3. Now, the default is a mixture of uppercase letters/lowercase letters/digits of length 10? I would love to hear your comments if you have worked with numerous UniFi routers and can corroborate or disprove my assumptions above.
For MALAYSIAN I do have a question regarding the duration of cracking WPA/WPA2? I am staying in the apartment which not under UNIFI services, it is just normal streamyx. The residents surrounded me, mostly are using WPA/WPA2, so I wish to know; -Duration cracking the Streamyx router(Not unifi) with WPA/WPA2[As you know, malaysian always with the simple brain, the WPA always with the shortest length, 8] -Duration cracking the Streamyx with WPA/WPA2, by DICTIONARY ATTACK and WITHOUT Brute Attack
Let us make a few assumptions here for simplicity: 1. The WPA/WPA2 key is 8 digits (which is relatively common) 2. We are going to use our CPU (i5-2400) 3. The dictionary contains all possible 8 digits combinations (generated from crunch or similar software) and nothing else Given all the assumptions above, it would take a little over 8 hours to try all combinations. I am not too clear though on what you mean by dictionary attack and without brute force so if my answer is not exactly what you need, please let me know.
Created a handphone dictionary that might be useful to others and wanted to share to others Btw, gearjunkie, how to make this 2 dictionary using L517 ? (i) three lower letters + 8 digits or (ii) 8 digits + 3 lowercase letters I'm a newbie in all this.
I don't believe you can achieve this with just L517 alone. First generate the three lower letters and 8 digits in separate files using L517. Then use something like Unified List Manager to merge those two lists together. If you choose to use ULM, make sure to select Join List (Horizontal) and select the one-to-many option to get all combinations.
Tqvm for your advice. I will give it a go on the program that you suggested. If i have any problems arises, I'll drop you a message. TQ
