Have any idea what historically the person setting the passwords previous passwords were. Nothing to specific, just length of password and if it would be just letters and number? Variables that make it hard are if they start using symbols numbers and letters in a mix of lower case and capital. You can use crunch to build a specific set without using a wordlist.
