cant run hashcat to crack wpa

    i only have an MSI Gaming Laptop and i tried using hashcat on it but the GPU Temp Went to the roof even with my cooler on. i have a few .caps that ive tried cracking using aircrack-ng but i dont have the right wordlist if somebody can help me crack this caps or link any wordlist with Adj+noun+dig that i can use on aircrack it will be helpful.
