i cant run your capture can you get a new one ?

Hi guys, i try rockyou without result but gpuhash.me say that recover very quickly, i try best64 rules too without get it,
im using .\hashcat.exe -m 22000 .\19818_1636843295.hc22000 .\rockyou.txt -r .\rules\best64.rule -o cracked -w 3 -O is correct the synthaxis?

 

hashcat -m 22000 -a 0 xxxx.hc22000 -r best64.rule rockyou.txt -w 3 --status

I have tried general worldlist from

It took me almost 12 hours my laptop is low spec. But password not found
