Hi everyone, i read my post it kinda sucked hahhaa. I stumbled across this site looking to building up more skills in my career, been in the IT game for more than 15 years prodomontly in the Systems engineer and management roles. The issue as my management arm grows i need to understand what the heck my network engineers are doing hahaha. so few things i understand the principles and concepts of pen testing and targeting but heck where do i start on this monster site. i will be building a lab for this the base will be VMware, so any friendly advise would be super. I am mainly a windows guy yes doom and gloom for the rest of the world. but thanks for the help. cheers
